1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Request a refund within 30 days of purchasing the course.
• Have not completed more than 10% of the course content.
• Have not accessed any bonus materials associated with the course.

2. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted for the following:

• Courses purchased using a promotional code or discount.
• Courses purchased as part of a bundle or package.
• Courses that are no longer offered by Smarters Academy.
• Course fees associated with monthly or annual subscription plans.

3. Refund Process

• Your email address
• The name of the course
• The date of purchase
• The reason for your refund request

Smarters Academy will process your refund request within 10 business days. Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the course.

4. Course Cancellations

Smarters Academy reserves the right to cancel any course at any time. If a course is cancelled, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
